Arrow load beam weigher are a good solution for cattle weighing. It consists of two beam that go witdth-wise (like axles on a car) underneath a platform and penning. It is heavy duty electronic weighing scales available in ranges of capacity from 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg and 3000kg. They are excellent livestock scale for do-it-yourself weighing platforms.

One of the most important features of any scale is its foundation. Cattle scales should be kept as level as possible with a floating foot to ensure accuracy and reliability. Load beam livestock scales are calibrate at the factory to eliminating the need for an installation technician.
